Check in is from 4pm on your day of arrival. There is a key safe next to the front door with a code combination that will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.
We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 AM. Please return your Cottage key by placing it back into the Key Safe Code located at the front door.
Our cottage has access to WiFi. The Router can be found in the living room. The password can be found on the router or in the welcome documents provided.
There is a TV in the property. You will have access to Freeview and FreeSat (through the Humax Box). Additional instructions for how to best use these can be found in the welcome documents.
At The Ferns Cottage, we understand that your furry companions are part of the family, which is why we welcome well-behaved dogs to join you during your stay. Our pet-friendly cottage provides the perfect retreat for you and your four-legged friend to explore the beautiful surroundings of North Wales together. With plenty of nearby walking trails and outdoor adventures to enjoy, your canine companion will love every moment of their stay as much as you do.
Fern’s Cottage is strictly No Smoking. Smoking is allowed in the outside areas, but we ask that stubs are contained and disposed of safely and not deposited ont the ground or in the flower beds. Any damage caused through cigarettes and/or smoking will be charged. Anyone found smoking within the cottage will be asked to leave immediately.
You are able to park beside the cottage garden, within the marked white lines.
All vehicles are parked at the owners risk and we accept no responsibility or liability to any damage or loss incurred to either vehicles or their contents whilst on our property.
